Warranty Policy

1. Overview

At Novarix Energy, we are committed to providing reliable energy solutions. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which warranty support is provided for products purchased from our website.


2. Applicable Brands (Seller-Supported Warranty)

We provide replacement warranty support for the following brands:

  • Novarix Energy

  • LS

  • Lead Power

  • Allith

For these brands, warranty claims related to battery cells and Battery Management Systems (BMS) are handled directly by Novarix Energy.


3. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in lithium battery cells

  • Manufacturing defects in BMS

Warranty Type

  • Replacement Warranty Only
    (Defective components will be replaced; no cash refunds)

Warranty Period

  • Up to 5 years, depending on the product (as mentioned on the product page or invoice)


4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Burnt, water-damaged, or fire-affected products

  • Improper installation or wiring

  • Overcharging, deep discharge, or incorrect usage

  • Use with incompatible systems or devices

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering

  • Normal wear and performance degradation over time


5. Third-Party Brands

For all brands other than:

  • Novarix Energy

  • LS

  • Lead Power

  • Allith

The warranty is provided by the respective manufacturer or brand owner.

  • Novarix Energy is not responsible for warranty claims of such products

  • Customers must contact the respective brand for support

  • We may assist in guidance but do not guarantee claim approval


6. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us via phone or email

  2. Provide:

    • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number)

    • Product details

    • Description of the issue

  3. Our team will inspect or guide further process

If the claim is valid:

  • Replacement of defective cell/BMS will be arranged


7. Inspection & Approval

  • All warranty claims are subject to technical inspection

  • Novarix Energy reserves the right to approve or reject claims based on findings


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Ensure proper installation by qualified technicians

  • Use appropriate charging systems and configurations

  • Follow recommended operating conditions

Failure to comply may void the warranty.


9. Turnaround Time

  • Replacement processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on stock availability and inspection


10. Limitation of Liability

Novarix Energy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, profit, or data

  • Damages caused by misuse or improper installation

Warranty is strictly limited to replacement of defective components only.
